About this site
Stay in a cozy teepee surrounded by farm animals, orchards and peaceful forest trails, about two hours from New York City. Perfect for families, couples or solo travelers on our 14-acre retreat.
Roast marshmallows by the campfire, relax in nature, or meet our friendly goats and chickens. Explore the blooming apple orchard, harvest fresh vegetables from the greenhouse with host guidance, or wander the quiet woodland paths.

The retreat is minutes from local arts, wellness and adventure: the Catskill Art Society, concerts at Bethel Woods, the alpacas at Buck Brook Farm, hiking, fly fishing and kayaking at White Lake. At night, wood-fired pizza at Katskeller, craft beer at Upward Brewery or dinner at Resorts World Catskills.
You may not be the only camper on the property; we space the sites for privacy.

Rates, check in and house rules
Rates
- $30 a night covers 1 person; each additional adult is $30 a night and each child (12 and under) is $5 a night.
- Maximum 2 people. Firewood bundle $5 extra. Rates vary by date and demand; the total shown before you pay is the full price.
Check in and out
- Check in 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Early or late check in may be available if you ask.
- Check out before 10:00 AM. Quiet hours 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Late check out may be available.

- Quiet Hours: 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- No pets, please. We have a resident farm dog and want every camper to have a quiet, relaxed stay.
- No Fireworks: Fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited at all times
- Property Boundaries: Stay within marked property lines. Please do not enter neighboring properties.
- Greenhouse Access: Guests are not permitted inside the greenhouse unless accompanied by the host.
- Farm Animals: For everyone's safety and comfort, guests may interact with our friendly farm animals only when accompanied by the host.
- Respect the Teepee: Please treat the Teepee with care and respect as if it were your own home. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to help!
