This is a working farm with grass and woodland ground. Here is what to expect, so you can decide before you book.

The property

Terrain and facilities

What it is like

Parking is near the house. The sites are a short walk away over grass. There is no paved path to any site.

Soft grass and woodland floor. The hilltop fern forest site is on a slope in the woods. The pondside site is on open field.

We provide a cart for gear. Ask us to help carry anything heavy.

A toilet on the property, which is not a fully accessible restroom. Tell us what you need and we will say plainly what we can arrange.

Drinking water and a hose or outdoor spigot. No bath house.

Animals live in pens. Guests with allergies or a fear of animals can ask which site is farthest from them.
