About Namaste Catskills
A working produce farm on fourteen acres in Livingston Manor, New York, growing food for the town it sits next to.
How it started
From a small campsite to fourteen acres of crops
This land started out as a small tent and teepee camping spot, a quiet corner of the Catskills where guests came to slow down for a night or two. Over time the garden that fed the campsite grew larger than the campsite itself.
Today the growing side is the focus: a 200 foot greenhouse, a one acre outdoor garden, and a crop list that keeps expanding. Our first full growing season was 2026, and we are still learning what this ground does best.

Composting and careful soil work come before sprays and synthetic inputs, in the greenhouse and out in the garden.
Community First
We sell straight to people who want it and to shops that stock it. Main Street Farm in Livingston Manor is our biggest account, and we like keeping our relationships close and local.
Animals on the Property
The farm shares its fourteen acres with a small group of farm animals alongside the crops.

Dylan, behind the farm
Namaste Catskills is run by Dylan, who handles the growing, the customers, and most of what you will read on this site. Questions about produce, wholesale orders, or the property itself go straight to the farm rather than through anyone else.
Email is the fastest way to reach the farm, and messages are usually answered within a day.
What guests remembered
Before the greenhouse and the wholesale accounts, Namaste Catskills welcomed overnight guests for tent and teepee camping. Here is some of what they said at the time.
