Why microgreens
Small leaves, grown properly
Our microgreens are cut close to delivery instead of sitting for days, and grown in living soil without synthetic sprays. Studies on microgreens generally point to higher nutrient density than mature vegetables of the same variety, which is a large part of why we grow them this way.
